Hi there! ʘ‿ʘ

Some fun facts™ aka what you should know about my me and my blog: 

Me~ (aka non fandom stuff that makes me, me)

1. I am, um, in my late 20’s. A spring baby, born on May, the 23rd.
2. I am from Chicago, born and bred.
3. I am tall with green eyes and long reddish blonde hair. 
4. I think whimsical is a good word for me. I’m a little peculiar overall, a little wayward in certain aspects, but hopefully in a charming way? ;)
5. Which leads me to: I can’t help it, but I like to dream big. The problem is, those dreams are never concrete, and are constantly in flux, but I need that feeling of possibility to get me through life. 
6. So basically: I don’t know what I want out of life, or what life wants out of me. I hope to find out. 
7. I like to think I’m a very open-minded person with a healthy thirst for knowledge. 
8. I legit could live off food from Chili’s and red velvet flavored things. 
9. I have major OCD when it comes to layouts, icons, organizing things, etc. 
10. I am a life-long procrastinator and am awful at answering messages. Bear with. 
11. I have a fetish for boots and (faux) leather jackets. 
12. I feel my best first thing in the morning, with the promise of the day ahead. 
13. I hate olives in my salad, pickles on my burgers, snobbery, close-mindedness, general ass-hole behavior, waiting, being too hot, getting up early. 

And this is what tickles my fancy~ (aka interests pertaining to fandom in general)

1. I very much enjoy aesthetically pleasing people, places, and things. 
2. Science fiction is the moon of my life and all that jazz. 
3. I’ve always loved costume dramas, but lately, oh my lawd. 
4. Television. Absurd amounts. From the super quality, to the “Um, w.u.t is this?” Everything is fair game, tbh. 
5. Feeling all da feels over a great number of OTPs/ships. 
6. Good, bad-good, to just plain bad movies. I love them all. 
7. I am beyond, beyond obsessed with young adult fantasy literature featuring dystopian themes. I’m obsessed with all books okay
8. Not afraid to admit I like to listen to saddddddddd music and pretend I’m in a film/tv trailer. 
9. I used to make music videos but now I only plan them in my head, ~le sigh
10. I photoshop my feelings away when I cannot contain my feels any longer on a regular basis.
11. I dig watching documentaries and being all =O when I learn new things.
12. Stories in general, complete ones, where you can look at the beginning, middle and end, and see how all the pieces fit together in this perfect cohesive beautiful little puzzle, please me greatly and fills my heart with joy. :’(

You should know that~ (aka what you should know about my blog specifically)

1. This is a John/Aeryn appreciation blog. I cannot be held responsible for the feels they evoke in me. Ditto for Ben and Claudia. And Farscape in general.
2. I am the world’s most random reblogger. Meaning, some days I am too lazy to do post anything and some days I go on a crazy posting spree. Also, I tend to have several mini-obsessions at once, so my interests and what I post is all.over.the.place.
3. Buffy was the first show I ever really loved, so it always has a place here, fyi. 
4. FYI: I liveblog if I feel up to it. Generally speaking, I do my best not to spoil people. Personal posts are an occasional thing atm. Currently in a fight with photoshop.
